The Center for Justice at Columbia University will host an introductory two-day workshop on community accountability and transformative justice with Mimi Kim.

Cost: $200*

Mimi Kim, founder of Creative Interventions, will provide an overview of the development and current state of community accountability/transformative justice approaches to intimate partner violence and sexual violence. She will also present the principles, model and tools in the Creative Interventions Toolkit for a hands-on introduction to the how-to's of community accountability and transformative justice.

This workshop is geared towards both new and experienced anti-violence advocates, social movement activists, community organizers, social workers and others interested in the radical politics of alternative interventions to violence and the practical lessons and challenges for those of us who wish to make these alternatives a reality.
